Originally from California, I have made Vermont my home over the past 20 years. I have been a full-time Massage Therapist serving the Rutland, VT area since 2007.
I started at the Pyramid Holistic Wellness Center where I served the community for ten years. I have also worked for many years at The Woods, New Life Hiking Spa, Twin Farms and independently serving local companies.
I am currently growing my practice iin the Rutland Area.

Rutland, VT
Massage Education:
Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts, Santa Cruz; Continuing Education for Massage Therapy in various schools including Deep Feet Bar Therapy in Clinton, CT for Ashi Atsu, Ashi Thai
In the last ten years, I have traveled extensively, including Costa Rica, Ireland, The Azores, Portugal (Main land), Mexico, Canada, The Caribbean Islands, and Italy. Domestically, my travels have included mostly coastal regions of the US like Montauk, NY and Santa Cruz, CA.
I am in the unique position of being a wellness professional and an extensive traveler. So, it didn’t take long for me to become aware of my vitality levels DURING my trips. I started to pay attention to how I felt the first day of my trip compared to the final day. Why was there such a difference? I realized I had to give as much time and attention in planning my well-being for trips as I gave to planning my wardrobe and activities.
I then started to realize that there is a huge and under-represented opportunity for every traveler to plan and prep for our well-being during travel — beyond the car rental and fancy hotel rooms.
As a travel wellness consultant, I can shed some light on this concept for you, engage your thinking about how to plan and pack in order to feel incredible while you’re discovering the world away from home. After all, it is our bodies that bring us to beautiful places so that our minds can let go.
Like many people, my biggest goal is to contribute to world peace.
My deepest wish is that every person on this planet can turn inward and develop their own personal sense of love and happiness for themselves, and then allow this to radiate out to the world.
Being in the present moment (non-judgmentally) with my breath is one of my favorite ways to develop my own sense of acceptance and awareness.
