pranayama & meditation leader

I lead a thrice-weekly AM 40 min. breathwork & meditation session. The first half, we welcome the day by breathing mindfully and applying various basic pranayama techniques to help get the body ready for meditation, which is the second half.

People in class walk away happy, with a sense of community and centeredness to address the day ahead. Breathwork and meditation is so beneficial for every body. It calms the nervous system, builds immunity, clears the mind, creates brain cells, the list goes on. Join me in practicing sometime.

 

yoga

My yoga classes combine pranayama, asana and meditation. Usually I have a theme for a class but will always ask students before class what they would like to work on.

I offer private lessons. I recommend we enjoy the outside together in my back yard or meet up on zoom.

I am planning holding some special virtual workshops and classes in November 2021 and April 2022. I will post them here first.
